Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using Trazys Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Memberships & Billing

  • Course membership is billed at $25 USD per month.
  • Coaching memberships are billed at $50 or $75 USD per month, depending on the plan.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor Stripe) to charge your saved payment method for the recurring amount.
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are subject to our Cancellation & No-Refund Policy.

4. Access to Content

Course and coaching access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, copy, resell, record, or redistribute any course materials, coaching sessions, or private community content.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, text, graphics, and other content on Trazys Academy are owned by Trazys Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited right to access the content for your personal use.

6. Educational Purpose — Not Professional Advice

Coaching and course content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical, dental, psychological, or professional healthcare advice. The information provided is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Always consult an appropriately licensed professional before making decisions about your health, appearance, or well-being.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute course or coaching materials
  • Attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls, or authentication
  • Use the service for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by law.

9. Service Availability & Updates

We may modify, update, add, or remove features, lessons, or content at any time. We aim for consistent availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trazys Academy and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
