Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Payments are non-refundable once processed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

We do not provide refunds or credits for:

• Change of mind
• Failure to use the course or coaching service
• Partial billing periods
• Forgotten cancellations
• Dissatisfaction after access has been provided
• Time already remaining in a canceled billing period

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription through the Manage Subscription button in their account or by contacting us on Discord: Trazys Academy (Discord). Open a support ticket if you have issues.

Unless otherwise stated during cancellation:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period
• The customer keeps access until that billing period ends
• No further recurring payments will be charged after cancellation takes effect
• Canceling does not refund charges that have already been processed

Immediate Cancellation

If a subscription is canceled immediately, access may end immediately. Previous payments remain non-refundable except where required by law.

Failed Payments

Access may be suspended or removed when a payment fails, remains unpaid, is reversed, or is disputed.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy removes any cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
